You can upload users to the Transeo platform using the CSV upload feature. To get started, you'll need a copy of the CSV user upload template which you can find at https://district.gotranseo.com/studentupload.xlsx.
- Start by filling out the CSV template with your student data. You can find out more about this by reading How to use the user upload CSV template.
- Save the excel file as a CSV file
- Navigate to the dashboard of the district page and select the school you want to upload the users to. Note the set of buttons at the top of the page:
4. Select "Users" and then "Upload CSV Users." You can now select the exported CSV file and upload via the web portal:
The system will return a successful banner message if the file was uploaded successfully. You will receive an email after the system is done with data processing alerting you to the success or failure of the operation.
